Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS ONLY EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS will be accepted. Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of your original order. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of 7%. Standard turn around time is 21 days for custom painted items, however during Jeep Event season and holidays, this timeframe may be longer. Please see the website banner and your confirmation email for current timeframes.
Color My Jeep is not responsible for delayed orders that are the result of distributor shipping or back ordered items. We will do our best to notify you of any delays encountered and keep you apprised of expected completion and shipping time. Once an item is received, you will have 14 days in which to notify us of any issues and request a return.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be non custom (special order or request, customer provided trim, etc.), in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at orders@colormyjeep.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll notify you as to how/where to return the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with the exception of damaged or defective items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, damage and issues do NOT include items mistakenly purchased for an incorrect vehicle model or wrong color choice.
Exchanges will only be eligible for unused items with defects in materials or workmanship. If an item is purchased for an incorrect vehicle, it will be exchanged for the correct vehicle provided it is available. If it is not available a credit will be issued towards the purchase of another item in the form of a gift card or store credit.
Color My Jeep, LLC is not responsible for improper installation resulting in an unusable trim piece(s). See application instructions for details on proper installation.
EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We want to provide you with an exceptional experience!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or wait for us to receive your item back and issue you a gift card or store credit.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if approved or not. Please note, we will only provide a refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of order, subject to a cancellation fee of 7%. All other exchanges or returns will be store credit or a gift card.
